Happy 4th

I'm pretty sure no one will be around the blogs today.

So to all of my American friends happy fourth of July. Hope you stuff your faces with great BBQ, potato salad and lots of desserts. Have fun watching great firework shows and being around family.

Canada Day and the 4th of July are great reminders of how lucky we are to live in the countries we do.

If you are bored, I was got my first Ninja interview over at Chris Kenworthy's blog.

I agree, the US is a great place to live (as much I complain about the state of our politics). Where else would I be so free to post what I like AND have the ability to do so? So yay to America (and boo to the politicians who have forgotten who they work for). And a very happy Fourth to you, too :)

We are so blessed to live in countries where we have to freedoms to speak, worship, print, etc., as our consciences see fit without the fear of government reprisals. May we never take that for granted.

Wouldn't it be fun to be in the states for the fourth? I think they celebrate a lot bigger than we do the first!

I feel so blessed to live in the U.S. We have our problems and are far from perfect, but we enjoy a great deal of freedom not available to everyone around the world. That is definitely something to be thankful for!
