Two for One

I'm having a pretty stressful night, so this post will be short.

I came across a blog that helps combine exercise with reading, you might be able to apply to writing if you're really nimble.

It's called Lazy Girl Fitness

Have a good Wednesday.

I prefer reading in bed. My husband exercises while watching tv. I'll have to show him this one. :)

I like to run the treadmill while I read--otherwise the treadmill is sooo boring. A Kindle makes it so easy. Before I got my Kindle, I had to use binder clips, rubberbands, etc., to tie the books to the treadmill. :)

BTW, I gave you the Versatile Blogger Award today. (I hope you haven't had it before.)

Here's hoping the stress level diminishes!

I can't read and exercise. But my hubs combines reading with the elliptical, with brushing his teeth, with walking, with ... everything. :D

Oh man, I need to get back with it--exercising that is. I used to try to read on the treadmill, but then I challenged myself to pick up the speed and through that all out of whack.

I've used audio books to make my exercise hikes fly by, but I love the idea of having some zone-focused workouts adapted so you can read. Cool.

Works for lazy men too.

Hi Patti!

Oh, I like the idea of Lazy Girl Fitness. That looks like a really doable exercise for me. I hate to work out and would rather exercise by dancing or something that's fun. Exercising while reading is a win-win situation. I'll check out the other exercises on the link! Take care!

Now that's my kind of exercising! There's also muscle building in your arms when you turn the page.:)

Sorry about the stressful evening.
