Therapy Choices

When you're feeling down or struggling what kind of therapy do you turn to?

Retail Therapy - buying something you've really wanted even when you know you shouldn't.
Sleep Therapy - taking naps in the middle of the morning, afternoon, and evening (I employed this one a lot as a teenager)
Chocolate Therapy - eating anything chocolate anytime of the day.

What other kinds of therapy do you indulge in when you're feeling out of sorts?

I love retail therapy best! I think I've used it most but now because of our situation, I can't do that anymore:(

Oh retail therapy definitely. And I'm due for some very soon.

Wave therapy. Watching waves or just the water moving in a bay is comforting and lifts my spirits.

I'm a big fan of sleep therapy. Also good book or movie therapy. A little escapism can go a long way to lift a bad day.

Sleep therapy. I love a nice, long nap. I rarely have time for them though.

DVD Therapy :) When life's daily stresses get to me, I just pop in one of my favorite movies or series and remove myself from reality for a little while.

I begin with Book therapy then its on to chocolate and if that doesn't work I'm not adverse to slamming the odd door ... or two though it very rarely gets to this stage.

Music and poetry therapy for me!

Probably chocolate, but it isn't healthy. I think my waistline is growing.

I am so guilty of retail therapy.
